This is our default orientation. High resolution JPG file, 3:2 aspect ratio, 300dpi. This orientation is becoming increasingly common in websites. This style of headshot is popular with keynote speakers due to availability of copy space on both sides.

File in Portrait Orientation

High resolution JPG file in portrait orientation, 4:5 aspect ratio, 300dpi. This is cropped from the original landscape file. This orientation is commonly used in company websites, CV proposals and Outlook profiles. This style of headshot is also popular with book authors and real estate agents.

File for Social Media

High resolution file, 1:1 aspect ratio, 300dpi. This file is optimised for social media like LinkedIn. No adjustments needed, just upload as is. The crop is deliberate to assure proper ratio of the face. This is crucial since social media profile images are small and square in nature. The face stands out even on a thumbnail.
