We call our Business Headshots Portrait Studio Identity because we are all about creating a unique brand and presence for our clients, so that their images stand out from the crowd.

These days, everyone who talks about a profile photo mentions the word 'perception'. At Identity Headshots, we go beyond perception. We go for believability. Why? Because there are no grey areas with believability – either you believe the person or you don’t. Everyone has a personal brand with his or her unique personality that a particular audience relates to. Our headshot photo is our virtual handshake in the digital world. Your headshot photo should 'behave' in the same manner as the person your customer will see in person. It must be engaging and believable. Identity Headshots don't just do profile pictures: we reveal your identity.

Identity Headshots is owned and operated by a husband and wife team.

Bernie is in charge of marketing and business for Identity Headshots. Bernie spent 15 years in the corporate world working with sales, marketing and trade marketing. She has worked for companies such as Johnson and Johnson, L'Oreal, and Mead Johnson Nutritionals. Her marketing and sales experience from multinational companies has been critical in helping our headshot clients determine what employers and customers are looking for.

Orlando Allan (or Allan for short) is the main photographer for Identity Headshots. He has been personally trained and coached by Peter Hurley, who is considered one of the best headshot photographers in the world. Allan is currently Peter's only associate photographer in New Zealand. Being an associate photographer means he is one of Peter's handpicked elite team members in his squad of expert international headshot photographers.

Allan has spent 20 years in the engineering industry outside of photography, focusing on transportation engineering.

The combined skills of Allan and Bernie Gojar give our clients a well-rounded approach to headshots – first from an artistic perspective and second from a corporate point of view.
